The Harpoon Mini knife has a Full Tang (full tang) construction, which means that it is made from a single piece of steel. The blade is made of hard CPM-3V tool steel, surpassing all materials in strength. Powdered CPM-3V steel is hardened in the range of 60-62 HRC, which guarantees very long maintenance of high working sharpness. It is also characterized by great strength to load, provides maximum resistance to wear, cracking and chipping.
The grade approaches the properties of premium steels S7 and A9 and is an excellent alternative to A2, D2 and CPM M4. Unlike classic powder steels, CPM 3V is not a stainless steel, so it is worth taking proper care of the blade and maintaining it regularly.

The harpoon-inspired blade shape has a wedge at the tip end and a notch on the comb, allowing the index finger to rest during precision cutting. The blade has an optimal length of 76.2 mm, which will make the knife useful for both meal preparation and wood batoning.
The blade has a flat grind, which provides an excellent compromise between durability and cutting smoothness. The blade is protected from corrosion with a black powder paint with high abrasion resistance.
The handle of the knife is formed by liners made of PEI. This is a polyethermoid characterized by extraordinary strength both ana atmospheric agents and high temperature up to 180ºC. It is also characterized by high resistance to mechanical damage and the effects of chemicals such as solvents, lubricants or other chemicals. The facings are made in yellow color.
Daily carrying of the knife at the belt is made possible by a compact leather sheath.
