When will the price be reduced?

Our consultant will write back to you within 24 hours of submitting your enquiry (on working days only). If the lower price will be confirmed,you'll receive a discount code,which you enter in the appropriate area in your shopping cart. After entering the code ,the price of selected product will be reduced to the value,which you found in another store or on Allegro,according to the link you sent.

Can I negotiate prices of several products at the same time?

If you want to receive a lower price for several products, we will send you a discount code that will lower the total value of your order. In this case, you should send us links with cheaper offers for each product.

Can I negotiate prices of every product?

Yes, however, there are exceptions that result from updating the models by the manufacturer without changing the name. For example,the Fenix TK35 flashlight has already changed its parameters several times over the past years. There are older and cheaper models available on the market with lower luminous power and newer ones, with a much higher luminous power. All these products still have the same name. In this case, the promotion applies to models with the same parameters.

The lowest price guarantee works only in Poland. That means your price proposal must be reflected in the cheaper offer of the store or company that operates in Poland.
