You can have any product that we offer in the Kolba store. They are all within your reach. All you need to do is use a convenient hire-purchase system.

1. Which products you can buy on hire purchase

   You can buy any product on hire purchase, but minimum value of total order is 100zl.

2. Check what monthly rate will be

   You can make a hire purchase simulation yourself before placing an order. Depending on whether you want to see what rates will be paid for one product or a few of them, you should follow the instructions stated below:

   • Calculate rate for one productu – all you need to do is to go to "hire purchase" tab in the card of product that you are interested in.
   • Calculate rate for all products you are interested in – in that case you need to add all these products to the basket. After that go to the basket and choose "hire purchase simulation" option.

3. Placing an order in a rental system

   In order to make a hire purchase correctly, please follow the guidelines below:

   1. Select the product or list of products that you would like to order and add them to the basket.
   2. Select payment method , which is Santander hire purchase in that case and complete the order.
   3. After completing the order, you will be redirected to the hire purchase application on Santander Bank website.
   4. The application must be completed within 15 minutes, other wise you will be logged out of the Santander Bank system due to the security procedures. If the application is not finished within 15 minutes, or you close the browser, please do the following:
      • Cancel your unfinished application by contacting Santander Bank at telephone number 71 773 28 47.
      • Contact the Kolba store to cancel the order at 32 265 22 00.
      • Then you can start the whole procedure again.
   5. After submitting the completed application, the shop employee receives a request from the Santander Bank to confirm the availability of the purchased good / goods. From this moment, the Bank contacts the customer directly with the address data provided in the hire purchase application.
   6. After confirmation of availability, the application is started and is reviewed by Santander Bank within 24 hours to a maximum of 7 working days. In case of experiencing difficulties in contact with the customer, after 7 days, the hire purchase application will be automatically cancelled. If you are still interested in buying, please contact our Call Centre at 32 265 22 00.
   7. If the application is accepted, Kolba sends the purchased product to the address indicated by the customer.

Hire purchase in kolba stationary store

Visit our showroom in Będzin and make a hire purchase with our consultant. Remember, in order to complete everything at one time, please bring all the necessary documents (ID, your workplace address and NIP number).

• Complete the hire rate application with our consultant.
• You will receive a decision within 15 minutes.
• After receiving a positive decision you can pick up the product you have purchased.

Hire purchase of licensed products

Since the beginning of year 2019 - due to change in regulations - it is no longer possible to buy firearms and ammunition through bank instalments.

WARNING! If the obligation to pay instalments for firearms and ammunition is not fullfiled (instalments granted before regulations changes), the Santander Bank will confiscate all bought products in assistance of police officers.

WARNING! Santander Consumer Bank does not take into consideration foreign incomes when assessing creditworthiness. A customer, who lives abroad, must have documented income in Poland.
