2. Please, contact our consultant before you send product back to our store
If our consultant wasn't able to help you over the phone / by email, you should send it back to our store. We will do our best in order to answer to your claim as fast as possible.
3. Remember, we need time so the product can be repaired correctly:
- We have 14 days to consider your claim (usually it takes only few days).
- If we don't contact you, it means we admitted a claim and we agree with your suggestions.
- After admitting a complaint, time of repair might take only few days or even few months (sometimes we need to send product abroad), time of repair depends on product type and level of complexity of the fault.
- If we can't fix it, you will receive new product.
