To check the status of your order, you can enter the order number (e.g. S987123) and the email address you provided when placing the order.

Your order number can be found on your account or in your purchase confirmation email.
What is the lead time of the order?
We will make sure that your order placed Monday through Friday, by 2pm, goes out to you within 24 hours. All orders placed on Friday after 2:00 pm, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, are processed promptly every Monday.
