Domestic shipping

Choose a convenient form of delivery of your order to any place in Poland. An order placed Monday through Friday, by 8:00 pm will be shipped the same day. All orders placed on Friday from 20:00, as well as orders placed on Saturday and Sunday, will be shipped immediately every Monday.

Delivery cost

Shipping cost for orders:

under 99 PLN is from 9,99 PLN for GLS, InPost, Post Office, Orlen Parcel;
FREE Orlen shipping for orders from 49 zł;
above 99 zł with immediate payment by GLS courier or Orlen Parcel - shipping is FREE;
payment by cash on delivery does not have free shipping, the cost of this form of payment is 9.99 PLN (cash on delivery GLS, Poczta Polska, Orlen Paczka).
NOTE: Grills available in our offer due to their size are not subject to free shipping. The cost of transport within the country is 99 PLN.

Cash on delivery is an additional cost of 9,99 PLN for the amount of the order up to 299 PLN, if the order is for a higher amount, then the delivery is FREE. Last GLS pick up at 21:00.

The shipment is delivered to the Parcel Machine specified by the customer when placing the order. The most important advantage of Parcel Machine is the convenience of not having to adjust to the working hours of the courier company.

FREE shipping for orders over 99 PLN

For orders up to 98,99 PLN (including discounts) - the cost of shipping in Poland is 9,99 PLN.

Cash on delivery is 9,99 PLN for orders up to 299 PLN, if the order is for a higher amount - cash on delivery is FREE.

Polish Post Office usually delivers packages within 3-5 days (only on working days).
Orlen Parcel

FREE shipping for orders over 49 PLN

For orders up to 48,99 PLN (including discounts)

The cost of shipping in Poland is only 9,99 PLN.

Orlen Paczka usually realizes shipments in 1-3 business days.

For large pallet orders, deliveries are sent via a shipping company no later than the next day after the order is placed.

Can I track my shipment?

Absolutely, both GLS courier and InPost Parcel Machines offer tracking, so you can see where your package is currently located. To check the location of your package, just enter the package number in the corresponding box on the main page of the provider.

Where can I find my parcel number?

We will send it to you by email after the package is shipped. You can also check it at any time in your order history after logging into your account.

International shipping

We provide fulfillment and shipping of orders to the indicated address within the European Union and selected Schengen candidate countries.

Due to the separate legal regulations of each country, the shipment of some products considered dangerous (such as wind guns, pepper spray and stun guns) is not impossible. Therefore, before placing an order, it is advisable to check the laws regarding the acquisition and possession of the above products. Regardless of where you are, you are responsible for complying with the laws of your country.

What to do before ordering products to a foreign address?

Make sure that the product in question is not subject to legal restrictions in the country to which we are to send your order. If you can't find clear information online, consult a lawyer about the matter.

Check whether additional permits or registration of the product with the relevant authority is required. An example of such a product in our country are wind guns with kinetic energy that exceeds 17 J.

Kolba company uses only the "postal parcel" service. This is dictated by the lack of tracking of the parcel or letter in other services offered by the Polish Post.
