Sellier&Bellot 4.0 100-pcs caps are standard primers designed for black-rifle weapons with 4 mm diameter chimneys.
The caps are responsible for ignition of the powder charge. The size of the percussion caps and the type of primers (standard or increased charge) should be adjusted to the size of the black-rifle weapon's chimneys.
