Made of stainless steel, the gutters for Broil King grills are a unique component that performs two functions. The first is to reduce contamination of the grill limiting cleaning to the grill grate and lid only. The second, however, is the additional aromatization of the meat - the juices and fat flowing onto the metal surface evaporate to form an aromatic mist that effectively keeps the meat moist.
