Regal Pellet 400 is an excellent alternative to coal- and gas-fired grills. In this model, the high temperature is achieved by burning pellets, which is an ecological mixture of compressed sawdust of hardwood trees.
Pellets are pure biomass, produced by pressing under high pressure. The fuel produced in this way, is environmentally friendly, highly caloric and therefore we can use it for grilling at temperatures of up to 80° to 315°C, which will certainly be appreciated by lovers of "slow cooking" cuisine.
The wide temperature control range allows grilling, smoking, and roasting.
Remote control
TheBroil King Regal Pellet 400 is an innovative grill equipped with two temperature control probes and Bluetooth and WiFi wireless communication protocols.
After installing a free app on your phone or tablet, we can remotely control the temperature and fine-tune it to our favorite foods.
The digital controller also manages the pellet feeder and fan power, allowing us to precisely raise and lower the grilling temperature.
Manual control for traditionalists
The grill also allows you to control the temperature manually. With the built-in LCD display and backlit dial, you can precisely adjust the temperature according to your preferences.
Electric spit
The Regal Pellet 500 is equipped with a rotating spit driven by a slow-speed electric motor. Rotating food is evenly toasted on all sides, so it does not lose its natural juiciness.
Easy cleaning
An ash pan is installed at the bottom of the grill to collect ash from the burned pellets. This allows you to clean the grill's hearth without having to stop grilling and remove the grates. The pellet container has a capacity of 10 liters, a supply sufficient for long feasts or all-night smoking.
