Lansky Filet & Bait Sharpener LSTCF.

TheLansky Filet & Bait Sharpener LSTCF is a lightweight, portable tungsten forced-angle whetstone for sharpening filet knives.

The sharpener has an ergonomic rubberized handle with a comfortable thumb rest for a comfortable and stable grip during use. Thanks to its sturdy and very lightweight design, the sharpener will be a great addition to any travel kitchen.

Sharpening with this whetstone is extremely easy and requires no experience. All you need to do is to pull the blade from the base to the tip through the sharpening slot a few times until you get a satisfactory sharpness.

Thetungsten carbide abrasive surfaces have been fixed at a constant, forced angle of about 22.5° (per side) therefore the Lansky LSTCF will work best when sharpening filleting or kitchen knives.

A cutout in the handle allows the safety line to be woven in. Due to the extremely high hardness of the abrasive material, which aggressively picks up material, the blade should not be pressed down hard during sharpening.
