Double-sided stainless steel grates
The grate is a key component of the Broil King grill, setting it apart from the competition. The cast stainless steel grates have the right strength, weight and thickness, so they maintain temperature longer even when the lid is opened. Each grate is made by hand, thus giving a new standard of quality in the art of grilling. The Baron 590 uses 5 grates with a working area of as much as 3564 cm2.
Angled arrangement of the grates
The uniqueness of the Baron model is emphasized by the possibility of arranging the grates at an angle. Thanks to such functionality, fat is more easily drained from the grilled food, which reduces the intensity of the flames and prevents the dishes from burning.
Chamber cover
The lid is a part of the grill's design , which is responsible for heat insulation, even temperature and lower gas consumption. Therefore, the grill uses a lid made of two layers of steel with a hollow air space between them and side panels made of cast aluminum. This design ensures high heat output and allows grilling even in winter.
Dual-Tube Burners
Broil King is famous for designing and manufacturing dual-tube burners that evenly distribute the gas along the entire length of the burner. Such functionality ensures equal temperature across the entire surface of the grates. The Baron 590 has 5 burners with an output of 15.5 kW. Each of them has 120 holes arranged in 2 rows, so the oven heats up very quickly even during negative air temperature.
Flav-R-Wave Aromatizers
An element that has a huge impact on the unparalleled taste of the dishes cooked is the Flav-R-Wave aromatizers. A system of steel troughs located between the burners and the grate collects rendered aromatic fats and juices, then evaporates them evenly, permeating the food with a wonderful aroma. Our dishes are tastier, naturally juicy and much healthier.
Side stove
A great convenience of the Baron grill is the use of a side stove, which allows us to prepare coffee, scramble eggs or boil water for pasta. This is a fantastic alternative to a home stove, which is also helpful in a power outage.
Electric spit
The rotating spit kit allows you to roast a crispy chicken or leg to perfection. The system consists of an electric motor that rotates the spit, a spiked grate to hold the meat, a rear burner and balancing elements
Therma-Cast oven
The grill uses a Therma-Cast oven made of cast aluminum. The profiled bottom with vents efficiently distributes and maintains heat, prevents the burners from going out uncontrollably, and drains fat better.
Additional shelf
The top shelf in a gas grill is a practical solution that allows you to prepare black pudding, sausage, croutons, corn or heat up buns for hamburgers. The upper shelf can be used to keep already baked food warm. If necessary, for example, when using the rotating grill, the shelf can be easily and quickly removed.
Additional work surface
Baron series grills have an additional working surface, which is formed by 2 side tops of 36,5 × 45,5 cm. When needed, the tops can be quickly and easily folded, and thanks to the hooks, the most important grilling accessories are always at hand.
Pull-out drawer
Under the grates there is a pull-out drawer with a tray, where excess fat and juices that have not evaporated during grilling accumulate. For the proper functioning of the grill, it is necessary to regularly remove these residues, which is greatly facilitated by the steel tray with high edges.
Lockable cabinet
The grill has a lockable cabinet that can easily accommodate an 11 kg gas cylinder. Mobility of the kitchen is ensured by sturdy casters with a diameter of 7.6 cm with a locking option.
Roll-On system
The sturdy grill lid operates in a smooth and lightweight manner. The weight of the lid is set close to the center of the oven, so lower people and children can cope with opening it. Thanks to the Roll-On technology, we don't need a lot of space to open the grill, so we can place it just 11 cm from the wall.
Illuminated knobs
