The boiler also includes a drip bowl, which makes cleaning the grill and keeping its surroundings tidy very easy. The boiler is also equipped with an aluminum damper, which allows you to regulate the temperature and fire level during grilling. Controlling these parameters will ensure perfectly prepared food without having to constantly lift the lid to let in cooler air.
The lid itself has a special handle for easy transport, which also serves as a handle for adjusting the lid setting.
