The Glock Entrenching Tool shovel is a folding hiking sh ovel manufactured by Glock, an Austrian firearms manufacturer.
Folding military shovel
The shovel has a folding design, so when folded it does not take up much space and we can easily carry it in a backpack or survival bag. The telescopic design allows you to adjust the length of the stylus from 46 to 63 cm. Thanks to such functionality, we can adjust the size of the shovel to the working conditions and the height of the user.
Shovel 3 in 1 - spade, hoe, saw
The shovel of the shovel is made of carbon steel covered with an oxidized coating to protect it from corrosion. The folding design of the shovel allows it to be used in not only as a shovel/spade, but also as a hoe or digger. To do this, lock the spoon at a 90° angle. The shovel additionally has a large wood saw, retractable inside the style of the spade.
Possibility to lock the shovel in 3 positions
When the shovel is fully or partially unfolded (at an angle of 90°), the spade is locked with a massive thumb screw, so we can be sure that the shovel will not be folded during work. The manufacturer has provided for the possibility of setting the shovel at 3 different angles.
Telescopic plastic handle
The element that differentiates the Glock shovel from other models is the telescopic stylet made of the same plastic that the Glock concern uses for the manufacture of pistol skeletons. The massive stylus is adjustable in length from 46-63 cm, which increases maneuverability and makes the shovel easier to transport.
