Diamond stone with a medium gradation of 600 is used for basic sharpening and quick sharpening of the cutting edge. Diamond stone of coarse gradation 220 is used for re-profiling, repairing and sharpening a severely dulled cutting edge. The diamond plates are dedicated to the Work Sharp Field Sharpener, and can also be used independently or to create your own sharpening systems.
We do not need any tools to install the inserts, as they are attached to the sharpener with strong neodymium magnets. The set includes 2 Work Sharp diamond plates of 220 and 600 gradation, measuring 25.4 × 102 mm.
