- The warranty on Leatherman products lasts for 25 years from the date of purchase
- Only the first owner is entitled to the warranty.
- The warranty does not apply to products that have been:
- Intentionally damaged
- Damaged as a result of use contrary to instructions
- Damaged in a cosmetic way that does not affect performance
- Dulled due to normal use
- Stolen or otherwise lost
- Subjected to alteration
- In addition, the warranty also does not cover:
- Spare parts
- Accessories
- Holsters and cases
- The way the product is shipped should allow for tracking - Kolba.pl is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments, so this is important for the safety of your product.
- The warranty applies only to Leatherman products purchased through the website or Kolba.pl stationary outlet. Proof of purchase will be required to verify the origin of the product.
- The warranty applies to all conforming Leatherman products. In case your copy has already been withdrawn from sale, it is possible that we will offer you an equivalent from the manufacturer's current offer.

Then send it together with the damaged product to Kolba sp. z o.o., 46 Wiejska St., 41-253 Czeladź, Poland, marked SERVICE. We strongly recommend choosing a courier that provides tracking.
Both the manufacturer and us want to provide you with the highest quality of the product offered. If the model is characterized by poor fit, play on the hinges or inadequate operation of the lock boldly report it for a claim.
Remember, however, that the warranty does not cover several characteristic problems such as:
- Damaged, worn or lost replacement parts - wire cutting jaws, bits, clips, adapters, holsters and similar accessories
- Natural dulling of knives and other tools due to use
- Cosmetic damage, scratches, discoloration, color fading
- Intentional damage caused by use contrary to instructions
This is directly dependent on the type of damage to the tool. We are aware that some copies are treated in a sentimental way, or have commemorative engravings, so as far as possible we try to repair the damaged copy.
However, in the event that the damage makes it impossible to repair the multitool, you will receive a fully operational copy. Due to the manufacturer's system of conducting the warranty process, it may not be a brand new copy. But do not worry - Leatherman guarantees that the model you receive will be in a condition equivalent or better to the one you sent to us.
Yes - there is quite a wide group of models that have been withdrawn from production during the period that still allows you to undergo the warranty process. These include standard models such as the Freestyle or Sideclip, as well as limited editions of available multitools. However, due to the fact that they are no longer available on the market, our consultant will offer you an equivalent from the manufacturer's current offer.
The warranty process also includes stages that take place outside our company. On our part, we try to make sure that all activities take place as quickly as possible, while due to logistical processes and the availability of repair parts, the implementation of the warranty may be extended. Remember also that it takes 14 days to process a claim according to our terms and conditions - of course, if possible, we try to reduce this time to a minimum.
