The lead shot is enriched with special hardening additives, which prevent it from deforming during transportation.
The shot has a rather unusual shape, in the form of a head with grooves ending in a spike. H&N Silver Point 6,35 mm is designed exclusively for windcheaters with very high initial velocity, for field shooting.
