Lansky Black Hard Arkansas SOBHA is a 1200-1400 gradation sharpening stone for Lansky sharpening systems.
The Arkansas stone, which originated in North America, is characterized by very fine grains, high hardness and density, making it a valued material for sharpening knives. Sharpening on Arkansas stone is time-consuming, but the cutting edge retains its sharpness much longer.
Black Hard 1200-1400 gradation is used for final smoothing and polishing of the blade, allowing the proverbial razor sharpness. The stone is mounted in a polymer case, which includes a metal insert for the guide.
