Expandable design
The Bergara BA13 is a take-down rifle, which means that it has a modular design (3-part) that, when unfolded, fits into any hunting backpack. The process of disassembling the weapon takes seconds and requires no tools.
After disconnecting the shuttle, you break the weapon with a lever on the bail and pull out the barrel. This functionality makes it significantly easier to carry and store the weapon.
Lightweight bed
The Bergara BA13 20'' TH is a model that uses a lightweight, weather-resistant fiberglass-reinforced polymer bed.
The thum-hole type bed (with thumb space) has a Monte Carlo symmetrical flask and a rubberized CrushZone Recoil pad (flask foot), which is responsible for reducing recoil.
High-quality barrel
The rifle uses a 20" barrel (1:12 thread) made of 4140CrMo oxidized steel. Bergara barrels are distinguished by their excellent quality and affordable price, which is why the Spanish manufacturer's guns are rapidly growing in popularity among hunters.
The barrel is terminated with a 5/8"-24 UNEF metric thread adapted for the installation of an exhaust brake, the installation of which is recommended for relatively short weapons (890mm) with high recoil.
