TheUTG Red 4 MOA Single Dot is a compact 4 MOA dot collimator with a 7-step convenient illumination adjustment and absolute co-witness mount.
The sight is precision machined on CNC machines from anodized 6061-T6 aluminum. Thanks to True Strength Platform technology, the collimator is resistant to weapon recoil, mechanical damage and weather conditions (IPX7 waterproof rating).
The 4 MOA aiming dot has a 7-stage brightness adjustment, so we can adjust the illumination of the aiming point to the prevailing weather and lighting conditions. The illumination is adjusted using two clearly marked buttons. The collimator has a memory function for the last brightness setting. The position of the aiming point is adjusted with the help of covered turrets. One click moves the dot 1" (25.4 mm) at 100 yards (91.4 m).
Multi-coated lenses provide good light transmission and a clear, reflection-free image of the target.
Included is a lightweight, skeletonized T1-standard mount with "absolute co-witness" height so that the collimator's dot coincides with the mechanical aiming devices on the weapon. The collimator fits a CR1620 battery.
The UTG Red 4 MOA Single Dot was designed for use on AR15 carbines, but can be successfully used on smoothbore rifles and AK platform.
