Quest Scuba Tector is a powerful metal detector for beginner treasure hunters hidden underwater. The device is waterproof to a depth of 60 meters and can be used in both fresh and salt water.
The heart of the device is a sensitive 13×10 cm coil with an operating frequency of 95 kHz. Filling the coil with epoxy resin guarantees corrosion resistance.
The device, which is to work efficiently at depth, should feature simple operation, so the detector uses only two buttons responsible for turning the detector on and switching functions.
Finding the numismatics is indicated by a beep, vibration and an LED, which is also helpful for illuminating the work area.
The Quest Scuba Tector is powered by a built-in Li-Po 3.7 V 500 mAh battery charged via a USB port (cable included). Depending on the operating mode and water temperature, the battery provides up to 14 hours of operation.
