TheFenix WF11E is a specialized intrinsically safe flashlight with 200 lumens of light output and a dual mounting system, and is IECEx, ATEX and SGS certified for use in the most hazardous explosive atmospheres and high dust environments.
The Fenix WF11E is a handy and conveniently portable flashlight, providing an efficient light output of 200 lumens.
The flashlight's tube is made of anti-static polycarbonate RTP 399 × 133887, which is resistant to mechanical damage, corrosion and exposure to selected chemicals.
The body of the light has a distinctive orange color, which provides good visibility and quick location of the flashlight even in low light conditions.
The back of the flashlight and the springy clip have a built-in magnet, which allows the flashlight to be attached to steel surfaces at the desired angle and carried on a belt or a brace.
Such a solution is invaluable when you need a point source of light and free hands to work with.
The light source is the popular Cree XP-G2 LED, emitting a beam of neutral color, the illumination of which does not tire the eyes, and illuminated objects more faithfully reflect their colors and details.
Switching on, off and changing the brightness is done with a single button located on the top of the head.
The user can choose from 3 brightness modes: high 200 lumens, medium 100 lumens and low 30 lumens. The flashlight is powered by three AA alkaline batteries. The manufacturer stipulates the necessity to use only the batteries indicated in front of it.
The Fenix WF11E has physical reverse polarity protection and a high IP67 rating, which means the device is resistant to dust, dust, heavy rain, full immersion in water to a depth of 1 meter (for 30 minutes) and a drop from a height of 1 meter.
The Fenix WF11E has undergone rigorous testing and is IECEx, ATEX and SGS certified, which allows the device to operate in particularly hazardous environments, ie:
- Zone 1- a space where an explosive atmosphere consisting of a mixture of air and flammable substances in the form of gases, mists, vapors may occasionally arise during normal use.
- Zone 2- a space in which an explosive atmosphere consisting of a mixture of air and flammable substances in the form of gases, mists, usually does not occur during normal use, but there is a risk of its occurrence and short duration
- Zone 21 - a space where the explosive atmosphere consists of a cloud of combustible dust in air, may occasionally occur during normal use
- Zone 22 - a space where the explosive atmosphere consists of a cloud of combustible dust in air, does not occur during normal use, but there is a risk of its appearance and brief occurrence.
