AnySharp classic red is one of the simplest and most versatile sharpeners in the world, allowing you to sharpen knives with both smooth and serrated blades.
There are two key elements behind the huge success of AnySharp sharpeners: ease of sharpening and convenience.
Sharpening uses tungsten carbide plates with a fixed angle of 20°, making it ideal for sharpening kitchen knives, everyday folding knives, hunting knives, axes and cleavers.
The carbide with a hardness of 900-1600 HV easily copes with sharpening knives made of stainless steel, carbon steel and titanium.

The sharpening process itself is extremely simple, requiring only a gentle dragging of the cutting edge between the plates from the base of the blade to the tip. The operation should be repeated until satisfactory sharpness is achieved.
The convenience of using the AnySharp sharpener is provided by a base with a strong vacuum suction cup, which allows the whetstone to be firmly attached to smooth glass, metal, ceramic and plastic surfaces.
