TheZero Tolerance ZT 0357BW is a versatile everyday knife that uses premium CPM-20CV stainless steel, a blade assist mechanism, molded G-10 liners and the proven liner-lock.
Premium stainless steel
The 83mm long blade is made of CPM-S20V powder steel hardened to 59-61 HRC. CPM-S20V is a "super steel" whose properties and specifications are similar to elite stainless steel-Bohler M390.
Thanks to its high chromium content and high amount of vanadium carbides, it has exceptionally good corrosion and wear resistance, and retains sharpness for a very long time.
When choosing a knife made of such steel, it is worth getting a diamond sharpener, as sharpening with a standard ceramic whetstone can be very labor-intensive and inefficient.
Thewide head with a utilitarian drop-point profile has a matte Blackwashed finish. The black oxidation gives a striking appearance and partially protects against scratches from use.
Thanks to the strong tip and flat grind, the blade penetrates perfectly and provides very good cutting properties.
The thickness of the blade at its widest point is 4 mm, this guarantees resistance to damage and allows it to be used for heavier work. On the back of the blade are applied transverse cutters, which create a very stable place of support for the thumb or index finger.
Convenient unfolding
The blade is unfolded with one hand using a milled flipper, a solution convenient for both right and left-handed users.

The opening process is facilitated by the SpeedSafe assist mechanism. When the flipper flipper is pressed, the assist mechanism activates an internal spring that dynamically unfolds the blade, making the knife ready for use in a fraction of a second.

Convertible clip
Carrying the knife during daily activities is made possible by the high-set z-clip, which can be fixed in 2 positions, i.e. on the right or left side of the facings. There is a hole in the back of the handle for attaching the paracord braid.
