The Kick The Tick 9 ml Safe Tick Removal Kit consists of a tick remover and a specialized product that freezes and blocks the secretion of the arachnid's contaminated saliva.
Freeze the tick
Using Kickt the Kick when removing ticks significantly reduces the risk of contracting tick-borne diseases such as:
- tick-borne encephalitis,
- Lyme disease,
- babesiosis,
- anaplasmosis.
The agent makes it possible to freeze the tick before removal and thus block the secretion of toxic saliva containing dangerous bacteria and viruses.
Using APRF (Anti-Parasite Removal Film) technology, the prepearate forms a strong coating on the tick's body to prevent the body from being crushed or torn during removal.
The freezing prepearate can be applied from any angle. The product does not cause burns or allergic reactions, and can be used on children from 3 years old. The agent contained in the package is enough to remove about 40 ticks.
Tool for safe removal of ticks
The Kick The Tick Safe Tick Removal Tool is an important addition to any home or personal first aid kit, allowing quick and proper removal from the skin of a parasite that poses a threat to our health and life.
Safe and fast
Kick the Tick is a specially developed tool, tailored to the tick's structure, used to independently and safely remove this dangerous arachnid from the skin.
Proper use of the Kick the Tick instrument minimizes the risk of transmission of dangerous agents that the tick can emit during forcible extraction.
Lightweight design
The tool is designed to remove ticks from 0.8 to 5 mm in size. There are 2 tips of different sizes for this purpose, allowing safe disposal of larvae, nymphs and adults.
Kick the Tick is made of lightweight plastic, so it can be carried constantly when in a pocket, wallet or first aid kit. The middle part of the tool has grooves to prevent fingers from slipping during the delicate operation.
The instrument allows you to remove ticks attached to the skin of humans and animals.
Use
After selecting the appropriate tip, the instrument should be pressed against the skin, slide "under the tick" so that it is in the slot of the tip. Then pull out the tick with a decisive motion, lifting the instrument upwards.
After removal, check that there are no tick fragments left at the insertion site. After disinfecting the wound, we dispose of the tick or deliver it in a test tube for laboratory analysis. Wash or disinfect the instrument and hands after each use.
