The Glock 19 gen 5 MOS FS cal. 9mm is the latest iteration of the Austrian compact with a factory cutter for a collimator and a barrel ending in an M13.5x1 male thread.
More than 20 design modifications were made to the Generation 5, which included the barrel, outer shell, manipulators, grip and trigger mechanism.
nDLC coating
The gun's breech has a new durable nDLC (Diamond-Like-Carbon) protective coating, which effectively increases service life and counteracts abrasion and scratching.
Ergonomics
Ergonomics and ease of use are provided by a double-sided locking mechanism, MBS interchangeable grip cap system and an expanded magazine slot for easy replacement.
Thelock is ribbed at the front and rear, allowing the shooter to reload and check the gun according to his preference. The gun has a straight grip with no finger molding for better control of the weapon regardless of hand size.
Compatibility
There is a short Picatinny rail on the backbone that allows the attachment of a flashlight, use of a Mantis trainer or mounting in a PDW conversion.
Aimability
The Glock 19 has an improved and easy to feel trigger mechanism with a short reset and a modified GMB barrel (with an improved crown) for high accuracy and repeatable shooting.
The barrel is terminated with a left-handed M13.5x1 thread allowing the installation of additional discharge devices such as a compensator.
MOS system
The lock has a factory milling (MOS) designed for mounting a collimator sight. The set includes 4 mounting plates for popular collimators and steel screws.
Magazine
The pistol is fed from a double-row magazine with a capacity of 15 rounds. The orange donner makes it easy to quickly check the status of the weapon.
