Robust construction
The spotting scope has a one-piece 25.4mm diameter tube made of lightweight aircraft aluminum with a matte finish. Thanks to the sealing and filling of the tube with dry nitrogen, the optics do not evaporate from the inside and can be used in harsh weather conditions. The scope is shockproof, so the Vogler 3-9 × 40 EG can be successfully used for shooting with side-fire sporting weapons, on asg replicas and spring-driven air rifles.
There are 3 integrated Weaver rails on the scope's barrel for mounting additional accessories.
Variable magnification
The lenses are coated with a multi-layer anti-reflective coating, which improves light transmission and provides a bright and sharp image of the target, making the scope suitable for low-light shooting. On the eyepiece there is a moleskin ring for infinite focus adjustment. The optics have a variable magnification of 3-9×, allowing shooting at different distances and a choice between a wide field of view or a strong approximation of the target.
Illuminated target reticle
The Vogler 3-9 × 40 EG sight uses a simple Mil-Dot sighting reticle in the background consisting of 4 thick arms passing in the center into thin hairlines with dotted graduations. The crosshair markings allow you to shoot with an overshoot and apply a correction for crosswinds.
Mil-Dot - this is one of the most popular crosshairs, as it allows both precise and fast shooting in different lighting conditions. Adjustment of the reticle is carried out with the help of high drums with a clique value of 0.25 MOA. The functionality of the scope is enhanced by the illumination of the crosshairs (red or green) with 5 degrees of brightness, which helps when shooting in low or residual light.
