TheEka Butcher Set consists of three knives designed for game, and a sharpener. The set includes knives for:
- stripping
- filleting
- R8S knife for cutting skin without damaging internal organs
The knives are made of Sandvik 12C27 stainless steel with a hardness of 57-59 HRC, which thanks to its parameters is ideally suited to the needs of hunters. The handles of all models in the Butcher Set are made of Santoprene. This fully hygienic material with a rubber texture prevents the knife from slipping from the hand and provides the hunter with a secure grip.
