Umarex T4E PB 50 caliber .50 10-gauge pepperballs contain synthetic pepper powder that, when released, effectively marks and incapacitates an attacker.
The 0.82 gram pepper balls can be used in all T4E .50 caliber training markers. The hard shell of the balls breaks only after hitting an attacker or hard surface releasing a cloud of synthetic pepper powder with a very high SHU factor.
The powder instantly penetrates the respiratory tract and eyes, so that the attacker is effectively incapacitated almost immediately upon hitting or coming into range of the gas cloud and is incapable of taking coordinated action.
