Heckler&Koch HK416 D T4E cal. .43 is aCO2 frame marker designed for self-defense and safe training of civilians and uniformed services.
Realistic design and operation
The breech chamber (upper receiver) and trigger chamber (lower receiver) are made of anodized aluminum and solid polymer, making the weight of the marker similar to an HK 416 assault rifle.
The marker is powered by a 12gCO2 capsule mounted in a retractable magazine holding 14 .43 caliber bullets. The gas drive gives the fired bullets a high initial velocity of 125 m/s and sets the lock in motion, resulting in a recoil sensation after each shot.
One CO2 capsule allows 14 equal shots with an energy of up to 6 J.
The "blowback" system increases the realism of shooting the carbine, also teaches manual operation faithfully based on the HK 416/ AR-15 platform. As in the firearm version, after firing all the bullets from the magazine, the lock remains in the rear position, and is released by depressing the slide latch lever. An element borrowed from the firearm is also a fire mode selector with 3 settings: protected, single fire, continuous fire. The other manipulators of the marker, i.e. the reloading lever, the safety/fire selector, the magazine release, function identically to those of a weapon, thanks to which training with the marker is carried out with the maximum level of realism.
Similarly, the partial disassembly of the carbine for cleaning takes place, where, after separating the upper and lower receivers, we can slide out the lock and reloading lever. Such functionality makes the Heckler&Koch HK416 D T4E an ideal training tool with an unprecedented level of realism in terms of both construction and manual operation.
Training, marking, incapacitating
Depending on the needs and situation, for the HK416 D T4E carbine we can use rubber bullets (for training or training) powder bullets (for marking) and pepper bullets intended mainly for self-defense, or as a means of direct coercion. The highest effectiveness and versatility of applications is ensured by loading different types of .43 bullets into the magazine at the same time in a configuration that suits the needs of the shooter. The carbine can be used to shoot single and continuous fire. The effective range of the marker is about 20 m.
Functionality of the firearm
The marker has a bed with an R.I.S. (Picatinny) rail system and a dorsal rail, on which a 4-set fly and sight are mounted. The rails allow the use of a wide range of shooting accessories such as a laser target indicator, flashlight and optoelectronic instruments. The buttstock can be adjusted on the rail in 4 positions, allowing to adjust the length of the carbine to the anatomy and needs of the shooter. The manufacturer also did not forget about the double-sided belt clip (for attaching a single-point belt) and two attachment points for a standard two-point belt (on the butt and the bed).
Realistic handling, a wide range of applications and the ability to conduct safe shooting training make RAM markers of the T4E series increasingly popular with uniformed services and training companies.
