Hard stainless steel
The full-length, 85mm-long blade is made of hard 440A stainless steel, which has high resistance to damage and corrosion. The steel used has a lower retention (ability to maintain sharpness), which perfectly compensates for the ease and speed of sharpening. The blade has a matte black finish, referring to the style of tactical knives. The knife has a drop-point blade with a concave grind and a gentle curve. Thanks to this design, the knife penetrates easily and provides good cutting performance.
Strong locking mechanism
When unfolded, the blade is locked with a back-lock mechanism. When the blade is unfolded, the lock, located on the knife's crest, collapses into the notch of the back of the blade. Releasing the locking mechanism requires pushing in the strip visible in the cutout of the handle. The blade is unfolded with two hands, using an enlarged nail cutout. This classic solution has been used for decades in pocket knives, among others, and allows legal carry in most EU countries.
Working comfort
The element responsible for the knife's comfort is the lightweight G10 plastic facings. This is a glass-epoxy laminate, which is characterized by low weight, high mechanical strength, resistance to water, temperature change, as well as to many acids and solvents.
The profiled shape of the lining and fine checkering make the knife fit securely and comfortably in the hand. A hole has been made in the handle for attaching a decorative braided paracord, which are very popular among most knife owners.
Thanks to the high-set clip, the knife can be carried discreetly in a trouser pocket (in the tip down position), on a belt or on the sheath.
