Mark 3HD 6-18x50 - Leupold tactical spotting scope
The model in question, like all scopes of the Mark 3HD series, uses lenses developed within the Elite Optical System, which guarantee high light transmission, and a distortion-free image across the entire field of view. The high quality of the optics translates not only into brightness and sharpness of the image, but also ensures efficient reduction of stray light reflections.
The scope's rugged 30mm barrel is made of anodized aluminum. This translates not only into mechanical strength, but also low weight and chemical resistance of the scope. The electrochemical coating reduces scratches, protects against corrosion, and, importantly for tactical applications, does not reflect light.

Leupold - reliable military, sporting, hunting rifle scopes
For maximum reliability, Leupold scopes are nitrogen-filled to eliminate fogging and specially sealed. Advanced sealing technology ensures that the scope retains its properties even at extreme temperatures. The appropriate design of the optical system guarantees shock resistance and excellent zero holding.
Leupold rifle scope with FireDot TMR crosshairs
The FireDot TMR reticle used in the scope, based on the classic Mil-Dot, has been calibrated in milliradians. By placing it in the secondary optic, the thickness of the crosshair does not increase with increasing magnification. Instead, low-profile P5 drums with a 1/10 MRAD click are responsible for zeroing.
The drums themselves are also an interesting feature. They use a ZeroStop system that locks the rotation, preventing accidental value changes. In addition, the system offers the ability to quickly return to the set zero. The scope is also compatible with the personalized drum system offered by Leupold.
