Weber Pusle 2000 is a modern electric grill, with temperature control and ceramic-coated cast iron grates, which is perfect for an intimate barbecue in the garden or on the balcony. Thanks to the use of two grilling zones, we can cook two dishes at the same time. Grill on the function of remote control via the iGrillapp, so that the entire, grilling process can be managed using a simple smartphone.
Advantages of an electric grill
Unlike charcoal grills, electric grills can be used in the urban agglomeration, for example, on a balcony or terrace, provided that the rules of fire safety and the rules of the community / housing cooperative are observed.
The Weber Pulse is electrically powered, so only the aromas of the delicacies being cooked are released during grilling. The Pulse 2000 uses a 49×39 cm two-piece cast iron grate with a porcelain coating, which helps maintain the proper cooking temperature. The grill's lockable lid and housing are made of cast aluminum, which guarantees good temperature retention even on cold and windy days.
Grease drainage system
The Weber Pusle 2000 uses a grease drainage system, which makes cleaning the grill much easier. When you're done grilling, all you have to do is use a brush to clean the cast iron grate and burn off any food fragments left on the heater. Under the grill there is a drip tray in which we can place disposable aluminum trays. This model additionally features a removable front panel, which makes cleaning the inside of the grill even easier. For thorough cleaning, we can also unscrew individual grill components.
Two grilling zones
The Pulse 2000 offers two independently grilling zones. This allows for both indirect and direct grilling. We can manage the zones using two knobs, which we use to adjust the temperatures independently. In this way, we can simultaneously prepare juicy steaks and roast meat using the low&slow method.
Electric heaters with a power of 2200 W
Weber PULSE 2000 electric grill uses 2 heaters with a total power of 2200 W! This allows you to prepare foods that require high temperatures, such as pizza. The advantage of the electric grill is that in a few minutes it can heat up to a temperature of nearly 300 degrees! Prepared in this way, pizza is not inferior to dishes served from the oven in an Italian pizzeria.
Full control over grilling
Thanks to iGrill technology and two temperature-controlling probes, we can perfectly roast any meat. Simply connect the probes to the grill and place their tips in the meat. Thanks to this feature, we can control the degree of roasting of grilled meats using our smartphone. This is especially useful when grilling thicker portions of meat. The grill has slots for 4 probes (2 probes are included with the grill).
Remote control
Thanks to the free iGrill Weber app (for iOS and Android), we can easily check the current temperature inside the meat. This, of course, requires installing the app on your smartphone and connecting it to the iGrill system. The final step is to place the probes inside the meat. With such functionality, we can not only control the temperature during grilling, but also adjust it accordingly. The app provides professional support, so after selecting the type of meat, we get a suggestion for the optimal grilling time and temperature.
Digital thermometer with LED display
The digital thermometerwith LED display is integrated into the heating module, which allows us to control the temperature inside the grill. This way we don't always have to use probes, just check the temperature on the digital thermometer. The backlit screen allows you to grill regardless of the time of day.
Additional features
The grill has a modern open design cart with a folding top and three integrated hooks for additional accessories. Thanks to the sturdy wheels, we can safely move the grill to any place on the balcony or in the garden.... The safety of using the grill is ensured by the integrated handle for routing the power cord. This keeps the cable tangled under your feet and out of the way while grilling. The lid handle is made of stainless steel, resistant to high temperatures and easy to clean. Along with the grill we receive 2 probes that will help us control the temperature inside the meat.
