Monolith Classic Pro Series 2 is a ceramic grill in the style of a traditional Japanese oven, which significantly surpasses classic charcoal grills in functionality.
The Monolith grill combines the advantages of a grill and a stone oven, so it provides great results whether you want to: bake, grill or smoke at a low temperature. Kamado is a traditional oven used by the Chinese and Japanese for more than 3,000 years. In the 1970s, the modern ceramic grill is modeled after the Japanese Mushikamado vessel popularized after World War II by Americans. Nowadays, all ceramic grills are referred to as Kamado and successively win the hearts and palates of barbecue enthusiasts.
Features of the new PRO SERIES 2.0 version are:
- High-quality chamotte shell and ceramic coating,
- stainless steel hardware,
- reinforced seal made of stainless steel and fiberglass,
- modified hinges for easier opening,
- GURU Ready - integrated blower adapter for digital temperature control,
- sunroof with innovative control system.
Combination of oven and charcoal grill
Monolith was created from stainless steel and durable heat-resistantceramic . Thanks to two shelves made of bamboo, we can grill comfortably and have the most necessary accessories always at hand. The shell of the oven is set on a solid stainless steel stand. The element that distinguishes the ceramic grill from the traditional one is the wonderful thermal insulation provided by the ceramics and the unique air supply control. The design is weatherproof, so we can also barbecue in the winter.
Less coal consumption
Thanks to its exceptional efficiency, the Monolith needs much less coal to produce and maintain the desired temperature. Coal consumption is 25 to 50% lower compared to a conventional grill. As a result, the grill needs only 3 kg of coal for a 24-hour low-temperature smoking. The grill stably maintains temperatures between 60 °C and 400 °C. The lid seal prevents food from drying out, so the meat will be perfectly juicy. Firing up the Monolith grill is quick and easy due to the proper cug design, using the chimney effect. The grill has a solid seal between the grate and the hearth, which allows you to quickly extinguish and use the unburned coal during the next grilling. An innovative system for adding smoking chips allows them to be added without opening the lid. A rail feeder inserted through the opening directly into the combustion chamber is used to add chips.
