GSM MG984G-36M photo trap camera is a professional solution for wildlife observation, monitoring of facilities and yards, as well as protection against poachers and thieves.
Forest cameras - not only for wildlife observation
The camera's small size and camouflage-colored housing, make the device perfect for use in forest areas, remaining hardly visible. It is also waterproof, so it can work not only in weather conditions, but also in a wide temperature range from -20°C to 60°C.
The MG984G-36M photocamera uses 940 nm IR illumination, which allows it to record video in residual light or total darkness at a range of up to 30 meters from the location of the forest camera. Video recording and photography is carried out without any flash, flicker or sound, making it impossible for a bystander in the dark to notice the camera's operation. The black IR LEDs emit radiation with a wavelength of 940 nm, which is invisible to humans and animals. The camera has a mechanical IR filter, which automatically puts the camera into night mode when darkness falls.
PIR detection
The GSM MG984G-36M camera has a PIR motion sensor with a detection range of up to 30m and an angle of approximately 60°. This allows it to detect an intruder early and instantly take a photo, which can be automatically sent to your phone in the form of an mms or to your e-mail inbox as an e-mail message. The GSM MG984G-36M photo trap also allows video recording from 5 seconds to 3 minutes. The PIR sensor has a three-stage sensitivity adjustment, allowing users to configure the camera according to their needs.
High quality recording
The GSM MG984G-36M forest camera uses a 14 Mpx CMOS sensor, which records video at 1920×1080 px, 1280×720 px and 640×480 px resolutions and takes photos at 14 Mpix/25 Mpix/ 36 Mpix. The high quality of the photos and recordings allows accurate identification of objects and recognition of potential perpetrators. The camera has a built-in microphone, so images can be recorded with sound. Operation of the camera is facilitated by a 2.3" LCD display, where we can view the recorded image and check the settings of the device. The camera saves videos and photos on an SDHC memory card (support up to 32 GB cards). The GSM MG984G-36M photocamera also features a timelapse function, which takes pictures at specified intervals, even if the PIR sensor has not detected movement.
GSM photo trap
The camera is equipped with a GSM 4G module compatible with both Polish and foreign mobile operators. GSM allows the camera to communicate with the user, thanks to the free application (Android/ IOS) or SMS commands we can control the device, as well as send recorded videos and photos. To ensure a good GSM signal in areas with poor coverage, the camera is equipped with an external antenna.
Long operating time
The forest camera is powered by 8 AA batteries, which, depending on the quality of the GSM signal, the amount of detection and the frequency of IR use, provide up to 6 months of operation. The camera can also be powered by an external power source.
