The Savage 110 Tactical caliber 308 Win is a tactical rifle with excellent value for money, featuring a polymer adjustable butt stock, a 20" long floating barrel, an adjustable AccuTrigger trigger mechanism and a 20 MOA beveled rail.
Savage rifle for precision shooting
The Savage 110 Tactical caliber 308 Win carbine uses an ergonomically shaped polymer stock that provides comfortable composition when shooting from a standing stance. The AccuFit system allows adjustment of the cheek piece height and the length of the buttstock (3 settings).
There are 3 buckles on the bed that allow mounting a belt or bipod. The straight flask with a symmetrical cheekbone provides comfortable composition for right- and left-handed shooters. Rubber inserts have been applied to the pistol grip and the bed to improve control and grip of the carbine.
The buttstock is finished with a rubber foot that cushions the recoil impulse. A Picatinny rail with a 20 MOA micro bevel is mounted on the back of the breech chamber.
Adjustable trigger mechanism
The carbine uses a longitudinally fluted 508 mm barrel made of carbon steel. The furrowing (1:10) in the barrel was made with a traditional drag technique (button rifled), which guarantees high accuracy and repeatable hits. The rifle's barrel is designed to accommodate the installation of exhaust devices.
The Savage 110 Tactical has a single-stage Accu Trigger mechanism with adjustable resistance and protection against firing in case of shock or falling of the weapon. The rifle is cocked by a 4-barrel lock with an extremely smooth and light action. The cocking system is based on two bolts and a floating fore-end lock, which provides secure support with every shot.
The weapon is fed from a removable Magpul AICS magazine with a capacity of 10 rounds.
