Storage method
To enjoy the deep aroma and intense flavor for as long as possible, store your coffee in the original package with a valve. For even greater protection from the elements, the paperclip-secured package can be placed in another container. Protect the coffee from varying temperatures, sunlight and moisture. It is best to place the package in a dry, cool and dark place, away from the refrigerator or stove. Coffee should be ground immediately before brewing, so that all the valuable aromas and flavor notes are preserved. For personal use, it is recommended to buy smaller packages so that you can use up the coffee within 2-3 weeks.
