Product description

Browin fish marinade is a mixture of herbs and spices, designed to prepare a brine. The marinade preserves and gives a unique flavor, which is released when smoking, grilling or baking fish.

Method of preparation:
  • 1.5 kg of fish (4 small trout or large carp),
  • 2 L of cold water,
  • 1 package of Marinade for fish with a mixture of herbs and spices.
Add the package of Marinade for Fish to the cold water to make a brine. Mix the whole mixture thoroughly. Wash the fish, remove the gills and place them in the brine. Set aside for about 10 hours in the refrigerator or other cool place, the temperature of which will not exceed 8°C. After this time, remove the fish and dry them thoroughly (this will make the fish smoked, not cooked). For drying, you can leave the fish in a warm place or use a food dryer. After drying, the skin of the fish will become dry and they will become gently stiff - this is the moment when you can put them in the smoker and smoke them at 60 - 70°C for about 40 minutes.

Ingredients: salt, sugar, mixed herbs and spices 16.7% (cayenne bell pepper, sweet paprika, black bell pepper, white mustard, thyme, ginger, bay leaf).
