Pekla makes it very easy and fast to prepare healthy dishes for the whole family, which are characterized by appetizing appearance and flavor. The mixture contains 50% less nitrile compared to standard peclosols. One efficient package allows you to prepare as much as 2 kg of meat.
Method of preparation (1 package - 2 kg of meat):
Mix and boil the contents of the package in 1 L of water. Pour the contents of the package into 1 L of water and boil. Place the meat (preferably in pieces of about 1 kg each) in a fairly tight container (stoneware or curing barrel) and pour the prepared curing brine after cooling. Optionally, add 1-2 sliced cloves of garlic to the curing. Cure at 4-8℃ for a period of 7 days if using injection (14 days without injection), turning the meat every two days. The meat is suitable for cooking, smoking, roasting.
