TheMossberg 590 is a tactical repeating rifle, equipped with a synthetic stock, a fixed magazine with a capacity of 8 rounds, and a flask finished with a vented rubber foot. The 20"(508mm) long carbon steel barrel has a fixed forend (cylinder) and a 76mm long chamber, allowing us to shoot any type of shotgun shell and slug ammunition. The double-action lock is locked by a back and forth movement of the shuttle. Metal parts are coated with a durable phosphate coating that has anti-corrosion properties. The rifle's tactical roots are emphasized by a heat shield that protects the shooter's hand from contact with the heated barrel. On the butt and magazine cap there are catches for attaching a carry belt.
