The NXG Blow Gun 30" has a lightweight construction made of aluminum and polymer. The 76-cm-long blowgun has a conical compression mouthpiece for easy air injection, a rubberized grip, an aileron holder, and a straight bow tie so we can more easily aim at targets several meters away. The range and accuracy of a blowgun depends on individual aptitude and the training we devote to perfecting this skill. As a rule, after just a few training sessions, most users are able to hit a target 5-7 meters away. The set includes 10 darts with a sharp target arrowhead.
How to shoot with a blowgun?
The first step is to place the darts from the mouthpiece. After picking the target, press the mouth to the mouthpiece and by blowing hard, throw the dart towards the target. Care should be taken not to suck the aileron into the mouth while taking air into the lungs, which can risk choking.
Notes for users
- Never aim or shoot in the direction where there are people and animals.
- It is recommended to wear safety glasses when using the blowgun.
- Remember that shooting at hard surfaces can cause a dangerous ricochet (uncontrolled flight of the arrow)
- Although a blowgun is not considered a weapon, the user is responsible for following safety rules, obeying laws and common sense. Therefore, before shooting, it is recommended to choose a safe place where there are no people or animals.
