The heads of the knives are made of high-quality 425 stainless steel hardened to 55-57 HRC. The alloy contains vanadium and molybdenum additives, so the 425 steel blade retains sharpness and smoothness of cutting for a long time, and is resistant to wear and corrosion. For comfortable and safe operation of the knife is responsible for the ergonomic polymer handle, which provides a firm and stable grip. A properly sized grip and a pronounced hilt allow you to comfortably hold the knife with the whole hand, and protect your fingers from slipping on the blade.
A sturdy plastic pouch is used to carry the set conveniently. The case has a collapsible design, so after opening the case you get convenient access to all the elements of the set. The knives and sharpener are approved for food contact, in accordance with EU standards.

The knives can be washed in a dishwasher.

Mikov sharpener 896-OCR-25 is a sharpening rod, with the help of which, you can quickly and easily sharpen knives before boning. The steel sharpening rod with a length of 25 cm allows you to sharpen kitchen and butcher knives of different sizes. The sharpener has a comfortable profiled handle, a protective ring and a steel wheel that allows you to hang the whetstone on a hook.
