Seven Ocean food ration can be consumed dry, poured over milk, milk yogurt or water. One bar (56 g) of ration contains 11 g of fat, including 7 g of saturated fat, 2 g of fiber, 37 g of carbohydrates, 5 g of protein, and vitamins C, B1, B6, D, calcium, iron and potassium. The serving includes wheat flour, palm oil and sugar. The ration may contain traces of milk, soy and gluten. The shelf life of the ration is 5 years.
