Maskpol Dromader is a modern tactical vest that is part of the equipment of the "Integrated Armament and Equipment Carrying System (IACS) Dromader".

The Dromader vest is made of strong Cordura 770D and lined with flame-retardant aramid fabric. Thanks to this construction, the vest meets the standards of the TCCC (Tactical Combat Casualty Care) guidelines for battlefield rescue. The front, sides and back of the modular vest are trimmed with PALLS webbing, used for attaching multi-purpose modular pouches and pockets, configured according to the user's needs. A reinforced evacuation grab was sewn onto the back panel, which allows the injured person to be pulled away from the danger zone.
Dromader has been adapted to carry hard cartridges with an ergonomic Shooter's Cut profile. Ceramic plates of this form allow for a more comfortable folding into the shot, as they do not obstruct the shooting hole, i.e. the flask support area.
Shooter's Cut plates are also very popular among civilian users and offer a number of advantages not found in SAPI-type cartridges. Shooter's Cut is a modified design of the original ballistic cartridge, which was designed to be worn on the front of the body. There is also nothing to prevent such a cartridge from being used to protect the shooter's back. The deeper beveled corners (at a 45° angle) provide weaker protection for the shoulders, but protect the heart, lungs and surrounding organs (similar to SAPI), however, provide greater comfort and ease of assembly for shooting. In accordance with modern requirements, the vest has a quick-release system, which allows the shooter to easily remove the armor. After disconnecting the Velcro on the brace and pulling the webbing, the vest is quickly dropped. This is especially important at the time of a gunshot, suspected spinal injury, falling into water, or when the ordnance may be dangerous to the wearer (catch fire) or impede access to a wound or other injury. Unlike the traditional QR-type design, the unfolded Dromader can be simply and efficiently put on without the tedious interweaving of lines used in the traditional Quick Release system.
