The IWI Mini Uzi 4.5mm is an interesting proposition for people who are looking for fun and approach the subject of shooting in a typically recreational manner. The design of the air rifle is modeled on the Israeli Uzi submachine gun, used, among others, by security services and special forces around the world. The body, bed and grip are made of durable polymer. The key elements of the pistol, i.e. the inner barrel, trigger mechanism, safety and butt are metal.
The gun, like the original, provides 3 support points and is distinguished by its compact and lightweight design (2335 g). Therefore, younger users and ladies can also shoot it comfortably. During transport, the flask can be conveniently folded to the side. When it is folded, the length of the windcheater is reduced by almost half. Such functionality significantly increases the mobility of the gun and makes it easier to transport. The windcheater features a dummy reloading lever, an adjustable safety (on the grip) and an attached imitation sound suppressor, which facilitates spring tensioning. The pistol has mechanical aiming instruments in the form of a fixed musket and a sighted pin barrel. The fuse has been located in the same place as in the original, allowing quick locking of the trigger mechanism.

The windcheater has a classic spring-piston drive, in which air compression is done mechanically by "breaking the barrel". This classic form of drive, despite the passage of time, is still considered one of the most popular and cheapest to operate.
A solid steel catch securely locks the barrel when broken. The gun shoots 4.5 mm diabolo shot with a maximum energy of 7.5 J. An axially mounted furrowed barrel and a low-resistance trigger mechanism are responsible for the precision and repeatability of the shots. A dummy sound suppressor is embedded on the barrel, which facilitates the tensioning of the powerful spring. The suppressor has a mainly decorative value, giving the windcheater a military style. On the back of the windcheater there is a Picatinny rail designed for mounting a collimator sight. The trigger mechanism can be locked/unlocked with a safety.
