The Bergara B14 BPM uses a modern aircraft-grade aluminum stock, which increases the weapon's rigidity and versatility. The Varmint B14 BPM (Bergara Match Precision) allows for perfect folding for shooting thanks to a modular flask with adjustable foot and cheekpiece and the ability to define the length of the flask (Lenght of pull). If necessary, the factory flask can be removed and replaced with another one, such as from an AR-15 carbine. The stock has an AR15 pistol grip and a bipod mounting lug. The weapon uses a tapered lock with 2 bolts and a sliding extractor claw, making reloading the weapon extremely smooth and light. The lock has threaded holes to fit Remington 700 mounting rings and bases.
The rifle uses a medium-heavy 20" barrel (1:10 thread) made of 4140 CrMo steel with a matte-blue finish. When the ammunition is selected, the manufacturer guarantees a 1 MOA focus at a distance of 100 meters. Bergara barrels are distinguished by their excellent quality and affordable price, which is why the Spanish manufacturer's guns are rapidly growing in popularity among hunters. The barrel is terminated with an M18×1 thread suitable for mounting an exhaust brake, the installation of which is recommended for weapons with high recoil.
The rifle has an adjustable trigger mechanism (1.4-2 kg) without an accelerator, locked by a two-position fuse located at the rear of the breech chamber. The Bergara B14 BMP has a detachable 5-barrel magazine compatible with AICS.
