Mora Scout 39 Safe - safe outdoor knives for children
Scout 39 Safe is a small finka designed with younger users in mind, for whom we want to make their first outdoor knife in life. In the interest of user safety, the knife has a large double hilt, blocking the hand from slipping on the blade, and a rounded tip to protect against accidental injury.
The 85mm long drop-point head is made of Swedish stainless steel hardened to 58 HRC. The combination of Scandinavian honing and renowned Swedish steel makes the knife very suitable for camp work, it maintains its working sharpness for quite a long time, and it is easy to sharpen, which is especially important when being out in the field. The size of the wooden handle has been adapted to smaller, children's hands. To carry the knife on a belt, there is a sheath made of natural leather, fastened with a steel drive. Mora Scout 39 Safe is a knife dedicated to children, thanks to which our kid will safely enter the world of the outdoors.
Note: Despite the safe design of the knife, working with a sharp tool in the case of younger people should be done under the constant supervision of an adult.
