When you buy shoes from an online store, it is extremely important to know your exact shoe size. Of course, it's best, to be guided by the size you usually wear, but if you're not sure, it will be easiest to use two methods of measurement.

Method I - measure your foot

1. Place a piece of paper on the floor with the shorter side against the wall. We recommend printing out our shoe measurement template (you will find the files below, separately for gentlemen and separately for ladies).
2. Place your bare foot on it so that the heel rests against the wall.
3. Outline the shape of the foot, making sure to hold the pen or pencil at a 90° angle to the sheet of paper.
4. Repeat the same task with the other foot, as feet are never identical.
5. Measure the greatest distance from the center of the heel to the center of the longest toe and read the result from the table. Using our template, just read the dimension given on the template's scale.
6. Only take into account the dimension of the larger foot.
7. Add 0.5 to 1 cm of slack to the resulting dimension.

NOTE!

When choosing this method, the foot should be measured in the afternoon or evening. In the morning, our feet are rested and thus the measured size may be underestimated.

Method II - measure the insole of comfortable shoes

1. Choose the shoes in which you walk most comfortably.
2. Take the insole out of them.
3. Measure the pulled out insert at the longest point.
4. Compare the resulting value in our size chart.

Your shoes are your comfort.

Remember that you have 14 days to exchange your shoes for a larger or smaller size. When the need arises, pack the shoes in the package along with the information that you want to exchange the purchased clothing for a specific size. You can find a size exchange order template here.
