The body of the unit is made of milled anodized coated aluminum and sealed to IP67 standard.The Holosun LS221R laser target pointer has received an emitter that generates a laser beam in the infrared range, making it invisible to the eye, but fully functional in night vision. An additional IIIA laser, on the other hand, guarantees the user a beam in the visible range and high contrast against the target, allowing the device to be used even in intense light. Two modes - low and high - are put at the user's disposal. The former allows operation in limited light without blinding the shooter, while the latter allows use in full sunlight.

The device is equipped with a button integrated into the housing, as well as a remote controller mounted on the weapon using the included Velcro panel.
