Plegium Mini is distinguished by its innovative approach to our safety. Unlike traditional Plegium pepper gases, to increase our safety the thrower uses bluetooth wireless transmission, which is used to pair the device with an application on our smartphone. The app is free and is available for Android and IOS phones. Pairing and configuring Plegium takes less than a minute and any smartphone user can handle the activity.
With the Plegium app, we can define a group of 5 people who will be sent notifications when the blaster is used. The Plegium alarm machine makes a voice call (in Polish), informing the person close to us about the incident, and sends an sms with our exact location (link to Google maps). There is not only material evidence for law enforcement, but also the basis for receiving a new device. Plegium shoots a powerful pepper gas of 2 million SHU, in the form of a concentrated jet, whose effective range is 3 m. The gas content of Plegium Mini provides 10 to 15 seconds of continuous use. The dense gas is virtually invulnerable to side winds and rain, and can also be used in confined or tight spaces.
An element that adds to the gas's effectiveness is theUV agent, which leaves a permanent mark on the perpetrator's clothing. The agent is visible only under UV light and can be detected even 2 weeks after washing the clothes.
Pepper gas is an effective defensive agent with a temporary incapacitating effect. A few seconds after application, it causes a painful burning of the skin, uncontrollable tearing of the eyes and severe irritation of the respiratory tract combined with a choking cough.
