Product description

High-grade smoking dust, made from selected almond wood, provides an aromatic smoke with a sweet almond aroma and flavor. The dust is designed for cold smoking and can be used in most popular cold smoke generators on the market.

Thedust is especially recommended for smoking pork, poultry, fish, beef, lamb, vegetables, meats and cheeses. Thanks to its "0" size particles, it ensures even distribution of smoke and effective penetration of the structure of the smoked food, so that the aroma is perceptible both outside and inside.
